Our new, state-of-the-art Service Center is located directly next door to our original location on Main Street in Wakefield. This facility allows us to service nearly all types and brands of bicycles including tandems, trikes, recumbents and more. It is also home to Rhode Island’s only Shimano Authorized Service Center, the state’s exclusive CeramicSpeed Authorized Dealer and is now DOT-certified to ship Lithium E-Bike batteries. Whether your next ride is on dirt, pavement or some combination of both, our new Service Center has what it takes to keep you rolling.
Please review the following guidelines before bringing your bike to the store:
- Tune-Ups, 30 Ride Check-Overs and other extensive repair require appointments which can be made by calling our service department (401-789-8664 x2). Once booked simply bring your bike to the Service Center on the date of your appointment between 10 and 11:30am. Please do not bring your bike to the shop prior to this date.
- Simple repairs such as flat tires, brake adjustments, shifting adjustments, etc. that do not require parts to be replaced can typically be completed within 24-48 hours of drop off. No appointments are needed for this sort of service.
- Stedman's provides pickup and delivery services based on our Delivery/Pickup Fee Structure if you cannot transport your bike to/from the shop! Sunday & Monday Delivery/Pickup Not Currently Available

- Complete tune ups on MTB/ Road/ E-bikes/ Hybrids

Mountain

- Hydraulic brake setup, bleeding and pad replacement
E-Bikes
- Firmware updating and warranty service on supported brands
- Hydraulic brake setup, bleeding and pad replacement
Custom Builds
