Our rentals bikes are a great way to get out there and experience South County’s roads, bike paths and trails. The William C. O’Neill Bike Path is less than a minute down the road from the shop and leads directly past some of the best local bakeries, parks and hiking trails around.

Why rent from Stedman's?

There are lots of great reasons to rent from us:

• Ride right from our shop; we are conveniently located less than a quarter mile from the bike path!
• Our hybrid bikes do not use tubes and the tires will never go flat!
• We have the lowest delivery costs in the area!
• Our fleet of bikes is professionally maintained and thoroughly cleaned & checked over before every reservation!
• You can customize your bike with any of the many "Extras" that we offer such as flashing lights, mirrors, phone holders, baskets and more!

Reserve Your Bike

Our fleet consists of hybrids, mountain bikes, road bikes, kids bikes & electric bikes. Helmets, locks, lights, pedals, insurance and other extras are also available to select at the time of booking via the menu below. Please note that reservations are highly recommended and must be made at least one hour in advance using this portal. Availability can not be guaranteed for walk-up rental bookings.

Please note: STARTING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND:  The store is closed Mondays and our reservation system will not allow you to select a rental duration resulting in a bike return on Mondays. All rental reservations with a pickup time after 3PM on Saturdays will automatically prompt a minimum three day booking. All rental reservations with a pickup time Sunday will automatically prompt a minimum two day booking.

Rental Delivery/Pick Up is available following the policy outlined below:

• Requires minimum of 1 bike rental for 2 days
• 4-hour advanced notice required

• Due to driver availability, please ensure that your reservation start & end times fall within the following hours:
  • Tuesday through Friday 11AM to 4PM
  • Saturday 11AM to 2PM
  • Sunday & Monday Delivery/Pickup Not Currently Available

Note: A Thule Platform Hitch Rack is available below as an alternative option for transporting 2 bikes.
