Prices and Information
We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog and strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is offered as an option for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will notify you by call, text or email once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping Options
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within two business days of being placed. Due to our dealer agreements, some bikes and frames may not be eligible for shipping. Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Please note that we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S nor do we ship to freight forwarding companies.
Returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back. We will refund the item's original purchase amount (minus the cost of shipping) if received at the store within 30 days of your purchase, provided items are returned in new, unused and unopened condition with all original packaging and receipts. No refunds will be issued when merchandise is in 'less than new' condition, when packaging has been opened and/or when packaging and receipts are not present.
Occasionally items need to be ordered from a distributor’s warehouse, typically listed on our website as In Warehouse, aka a Special Order. Special Order items are also eligible for return according to the criteria listed above, so long as they are received at the store within 30 days of purchase and product (s) are in new, unused and unopened condition with all original packaging and receipts, although only store credit will be issued, at the discretion of shop management.
In the event that an item does not fit you/your bike or is defective you may also ship an item back to us; shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser and must be via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS (CODs are not accepted). Once your return has been received and verified, a refund will be issued in the amount of the item's original purchase total, minus the cost of shipping. Returned merchandise that appears used will not be eligible for a refund.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
